If you have registered, but your plans have changed so that you can no longer participate in the event, please inform us at that you will not be coming. This way, the registrants on the waiting list will still have a chance to participate.

Online Meeting Etiquette

Before the meeting
  • Make sure that your technology is working properly.
  • Dress appropriately.
  • Have a pen and paper at hand for taking notes.
  • Make sure you are in quiet surroundings with few background noises. Your screen background should be professional and suitable. If you want to use a more workspace-related background instead of your real life one, you can use a virtual background.
During the meeting
  • Use your real and full name when entering the meeting rooms.
  • Have your camera turned on.
  • Mute your microphone when you are not speaking.
  • If you want to say something, please unmute yourself and write in the chat that you would like to comment and then wait until you are called to speak.
  • Stay seated, stay present and use attentive body language.
